- We call you to understand the building, your electricity use and your plans.
- We arrange your free survey with one MCS certified installer matched to the site, in person or by video call.
- You get the findings: system size, generation, cost range, savings and payback, plus anything to resolve first.
There is no obligation at any point. See how a survey works for the detail.
What to have to hand
- A recent electricity bill, ideally twelve months of them.
- Half-hourly data if your site has a half-hourly meter.
- Anything you know about the roof: its age, covering and any planned work.
- Your lease, or the landlord's details, if you are a tenant.
Our survey checklist explains each item.
Who it is for
UK businesses and organisations with a roof, land or car park and a meaningful daytime electricity bill, including warehouses, factories, farms, offices, schools, charities and commercial landlords.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you ask for a mobile number?
We call to talk through the site before arranging anything, and a mobile is the most reliable way to reach busy site and finance managers. We only use it to contact you about the survey you asked for.
What if I do not know my monthly electricity spend?
Choose "Not sure". A rough idea helps us judge the likely size of system, but we can work it out with you on the call from a recent bill.
Can I request a survey for a site I am buying or building?
Yes. Choose the closest site type and mention it when we call. For new buildings, considering solar early can make the structure and electrical design simpler.
